About Aurelian

Momin Sheikh is a real estate developer with experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His work spans acquisitions, underwriting, capitalization, entitlements, municipal approvals, development strategy and project execution.

He began his career in finance at JPMorgan, later gaining experience in private equity and commercial banking. That foundation gave him a disciplined approach to underwriting, capital structure and investment decision-making. He went on to build and operate his own company, successfully selling the business in 2018 before focusing his career on real estate development.

Since then, Momin has worked across ground-up development, adaptive reuse, industrial, self-storage and mixed-use projects, partnering with investors, lenders, municipalities, builders and other stakeholders. His role has included identifying opportunities, structuring transactions, raising capital, navigating approvals and helping move projects from acquisition through execution.

Having moved eight times before graduating high school, Momin understands firsthand how much a sense of place and community can matter. That experience continues to shape how he approaches development, with an emphasis on building lasting relationships and contributing positively to the communities where he works.
