Aurelian collects the contact details, organization, message and optional property information you submit. We also store your selected inquiry type and the website page from which you began the inquiry. Existing submitted documents remain in private storage; the current inquiry form does not accept file uploads.

How we use information

Submitted information is used to evaluate real estate opportunities, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

Property information may be shared with our attorneys, engineers, consultants, lenders, and capital partners as needed to evaluate an opportunity.

Website operation and spam prevention

Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical request information to operate and protect the website. We use a signed, essential browser cookie and keyed, non-readable identifiers derived from that cookie and your normalized email address to limit repeated inquiries, with a separate overall safety ceiling. We do not trust visitor-supplied forwarding headers for this protection. Inquiry submissions and notification queue records are stored privately for review; email delivery remains inactive until a supported sender is configured.

Published-site traffic may be counted by the hosting platform. We do not send inquiry names, emails, messages or property addresses as analytics events.

Storage and requests

Inquiry information and any previously uploaded documents are kept in private website storage. Contact us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion.
